ABCITEX 1060, introduced more than 40 years ago and used by PPC since 1978, locally and in the Gulf Region especially for internal pipes for drinking water, seawater, chemicals, desalinated water, sewage etc.

We have our own generators, compressors and support equipment thus creating a complete anticorrosion establishment
Transport
Besides working on your products, we can also collect and deliver items as a special service for our clients, for a nominal fee. We have a fleet of trailers and trucks with cranes supported by experienced drivers and crane operators.
Also on site, we have heavy duty forklifts and other moving equipment.
Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) Coating
FBE coatings provide high quality internal and external protection.
For pipes for oil and gas, water and slurry without problems normally associated with bituminous,
thermoplastic tape + extrusion coatings.

Thermoplastic Coating
Thermoplastic coating ABCITE X 1060 was first introduced more than 40 years ago. This coating is used in the Gulf Region since 1978 with great success, especially on pipes for drinking water, seawater, chemicals, desalinated water, sewage, etc.
ABCITE X 1060 is a tough, chip-resistant, thermoplastic powder coating that provides excellent corrosion and UV protection without the need of a primer. It is applied by dipping into a fluidized bed.
The main advantage of thermoplastic powder coating in comparison to wet paint is that thermoplastics are more flexible and generally produce thicker coating in one single process.
Thermoplastic coatings are factory applied. The metal surface needs to be properly cleaned and adequately heated before coating to obtain the best possible adhesion and consequently long-term life of the protective coating, even in very corrosive environments.
